DOCTOR’S PHYSICAL REQUIRED FOR TRYOUTS

Please note that ALL STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN TRYOUTS MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL on file in the Athletic Department. Athletes will be issued  a blue-colored “Temporary Athletic Clearance” slip that states their name, date of physical (Physicals are good for 365 days), the Athletic Department signature and date.
