On Monday, November 26th, the Lady Wolves played their 1st game in the 11th annual Dolores Dudek Kick-off classic vs. Cajon.  The Lady Wolves had a great start, leading at the half by almost 20 points.  They finished the game with a 61 to 26 win over a very strong Cajon team.

Olivia Moran had a career night, dropping 33 points, 12 rebounds and 2 steals.

After the game, when asked how it felt to hit 6 three pointers in one game, Moran added, “I’m just glad I helped my team win.  I honestly wasn’t counting”.

The following night (Tuesday the 27th), the Lady Wolves took on Barstow High School and took a 79 to 26 victory.  The Moran twins (Olivia and Nyah) finished with a double-double in points and rebounds.

On Wednesday, the Lady Wolves played a tough Rancho Verde team in the quarter finals; the game turned out to be extremely physical and low-scoring.  The Lady Wolves edged Rancho Verde by a final score of 43 to 34.  Alexis Mead lead the Lady Wolves with 8 points, 4 rebounds and 3 steal.

The Lady Wolves now play host Arroyo Valley on Friday night with an opportunity to make it to the finals on Saturday night.  Friday’s game is at 7:30PM at Arroyo Valley H.S. vs. Arroyo Valley.
