GOLF IS A PERFECT TEN

golf 1011

The Big 8 League Title was decided last week but made official on Wednesday as the King girls golf team wrapped up the regular season without a loss and secured their third-straight league championship.

They were led by senior Rebecca Hawes who shot a 40 and Chandler Sjoerdsma who also carded a 40.

The team won by a score of 221 to 292.

The Big 8 crown remains in their possession and glistens in the bright light of a 10-0 record.  It was a memorable conclusion for the seniors Rebecca Hawes and Delaney Crum who played their last match.

The season will continue with the CIF rounds which start next week.
