NORTH KING LOGOS

It was recently announced by the Riverside Unified School District that Dennis Brown will be transferred to J.W. North High School to take on a different administrative task for the Huskies.  Prior to a short tenure at Poly High where Brown was the head football coach, much of his career was spent at North, so this will be a sort of homecoming for the respected leader.

“It was with a tremendously heavy heart that I informed the King staff” wrote Mike West, the King Principal.

Dennis Brown will be one of North’s Assistant Principals under their new Principal, Ben Nakamura.  Dennis worked at North for 18 years and is well respected and loved by the North community.

“He will be a valuable asset to both their administrative team and their entire staff.  We wish him nothing but the best.” said West.

Replacing Brown in the Athletic Director’s chair will be Chip George who will move across the office on the second floor from where he served the last two years as administrator in charge of curriculum.

“He has a wealth of athletic knowledge and experience and I know he will do an excellent job in this now role” West said.
